Your first sign-in fails and the app says invalid login or authentication failed. Nearly always, it is a typing issue.
1. Copy, do not retype
Copy the server URL, username and password from our WhatsApp message and paste them. Retyping on a TV remote is where most errors begin.
2. Check the server URL
Include http:// or https:// and any port number (for example :8080) exactly as sent. A missing port is the most common cause.
3. Look for stray spaces
Pasting often adds a space at the end of the username or password. Delete it.
4. Check capital letters
Credentials are case-sensitive.
5. Use the right login type
Choose Xtream Codes API (not M3U link) if we sent a server, username and password.
6. Check your connection limit
If you are signed in on more devices than your plan allows, new logins can fail. Sign out of one.
7. Check the date and time
A wrong clock on a TV or stick can cause errors. Set automatic date and time.
8. Try another network
Test on your phone's data to see whether your home network is blocking it.
Still failing?
Send us a screenshot of the error on WhatsApp (blur the password). We will check your account at once. New to setup? Start with our device guides.
